April New Moon circle

Take time from rushing around. Close your eyes and meditate. Connect with your inner self. Set intentions. Feel the drumbeat in your heart. Nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

This gathering is for anyone over 16 years of age who feels the need to slow down and spend time in meditation. Seating is on cushions on the floor but chairs with back support are available (or bring your own). For meditation bring a yoga mat and a blanket. In spring, summer and early autumn these circles will take place in a bell tent or outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
